These terms govern your use of UPEND (upend.gg), a free browser fighting game. By creating an account you agree to them. Last updated 2026-07-30.
THE SERVICE
UPEND is provided as is, free of charge, and may change, break or pause at any time. We work on it continuously and make no availability promises while it is in active development.
YOUR ACCOUNT
One account per person. You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your gamertag. An account is signed in on one device at a time. We may rename accounts whose gamertags are offensive or misleading.
CONDUCT
No cheating: no modified clients, no input automation, no result manipulation, no exploiting bugs for rating or currency. No harassment of other players. We may flag, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, including their ratings, Cycles and items.
VIRTUAL ITEMS
Cycles, colors, emotes and every other in-game item are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for money and may be changed or reset for balance or integrity reasons. They are licensed to your account, not owned, and expire with it.
FAIR RESULTS
Ranked matches are verified from recorded inputs. Submitting forged results is grounds for account removal.
TERMINATION
You can delete your account in-game at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections about virtual items and liability survive termination.
LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, lost virtual items or unavailability of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
CHANGES
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and continued use after a change means acceptance.
